About the role:
You will be the bridge between the gaming community and FRVR. You'll do that by being in charge of the social media moderation, for our games. Another key part of the role involves being an advocate for the players. You'll gather patterns and insights from the community and player behaviour.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all incoming community interactions on different social media platforms and communicating directly with players
- Moderating discussions and comments on social media outlets
- Processing questions and problems from users through a ticketing system such as Zendesk / Freshdesk
- Responding to comments and player queries on time
- Assisting the Studios and developers by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with players
- Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community
- Moderating player interactions across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
We are looking for someone who has:
- 1 + year of experience in a community-oriented role in the Technology Industry (ideally Gaming Industry, Google Play, App Store,Samsung Instant Play)
- Relevant experience with Social Media moderation across digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Playful and creative mind able to deliver engaging content for players
If you also have these experiences, it will be a bonus:
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Passion for games and good knowledge of player communities
