Intro

As a Senior Data Engineer at FRVR, you'll play a pivotal role beyond technical expertise – you'll be a strategic influencer, sculpting our data landscape. Your mission: craft an agile, cost-effective data warehouse solution. Your impact: steer data-powered choices across game development, analytics, and global regions.

Challenges & Responsibilities

• Data Warehouse Design: Collaborate closely with fellow data engineers and analysts to craft a data warehouse that aligns with our company's evolving needs.
• Data Integrity: Implement data validation processes, ensuring data quality as the foundation of our decisions.
• Query Optimization: Drive efficiency by developing and fine-tuning SQL queries for lightning-fast data retrieval.
• Collaboration: Work with engine engineers and data scientists, integrating new data sources and empowering advanced analytics.
• Technical Leadership: Provide invaluable guidance, establishing best practices in data engineering, from coding standards to innovative data storage solutions.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Database technologies, SQL, Python, and Javascript. Familiarity with R is a plus.
  
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and how data engineering fits into the overall company strategy.
  
• Teamwork: Proven experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
