Recruitment processes ought to be short & sweet! Here's what an average recruitment process with FRVR looks like.
1st Stage
Application
The Talent Acquisition team will look over your application and assess if we're a match! This process might take up to two weeks, as we have to get our business needs and your experience functionally aligned! We'll keep everything confidential, and we also do anti-bias recruitment. Meritocracy is our thing!
2nd Stage
P&C Interview
The People & Culture interview is the first step in your journey with us! This conversation usually takes up to 45 minutes, on average. A recruitment process is a two-way street! We get to know you, and you get to know us. We'll be looking into your background, and understanding if you're culturally aligned with FRVR. We're happy to answer any questions you may have!
3rd Stage
Hiring Manager Interview
This interview is technical. It'll focus more on the hard skills you'll need to perform well in the role. We'll assess how your experience can impact our reality. You'll get acquainted with a key person in your potential team. You'll learn about the challenge the team is facing, and have a sense of the overall team dynamics
4th Stage
Business Case
You've talked the talk, now you need to walk the walk 😎The Business Case stage shows us your technical expertise. This is where you show us your creativity, knowledge, and passion for the craft. It’s a hands-on project that allows us to combine your theoretical and practical knowledge and assess it as a whole. Important: Case studies won't have any additional use after your process is finished.
Final Stage
Panel Interview
You've made it this far, and the finish line is in sight 🏁
Here we gather all the feedback and clear any doubts. This is the perfect opportunity for you to see the FRVR culture in action. We are feedback oriented and in case something did not go as planned, you will receive a call detailing the reasons why.
